Relationships are a very meaningful part of our lives, and can bring us a great deal of happiness. However, fulfilling and supportive relationships can be problematic and difficult at times, leaving you bewildered and unhappy, unsure how to move forward. Sometimes we feel betrayed or feel guilty for betraying another. We may be dealing with potential divorce or separation, bringing a whole range of feelings, anger, worry, stress, frustration, loss and other strong emotions. There may be issues within the immediate or wider family which can cause difficulties.
